MY STORY
I first discovered what I call the ‘magic’ of hands on healing when my children were small. As a mother I would instinctively hold or touch them. One day I was inspired by the energies my son felt as I held his injured knee in my hands. He asked me how I had taken the pain away with my hands, honestly I wasn’t sure, but the moment stuck with me.
A few years later I was going through a very traumatic period of my life when a friend suggested I have a session with a healer. I was entering totally unfamiliar environment, filled with ‘kooky’ music, crystals and rain sticks. But the experience changed my life.
Having done weekly healing sessions, I began to feel a depth of inner calmness. This brought a sense of self empowerment and enabled me to take charge of my life again.
“I became very passionate about the world of light and energy and started a Quantum Touch healing course. I then went on to do Reiki training and in 2014 I became a Master.”
During that time my own world kept on turning - I overcame cancer, loss, divorce and many of the other challenges that life can throw up, and with each bump, I was thankful to have my ever-growing knowledge of energy healing to support me.
These lived experiences created a deep desire to help others. 9 years ago I started a practice of my own. Driven to create a light, nurturing space where people could come and re-discover a sense of balance.
